Dr. Ford is the best dentist I have had. When he moved his practice from Menlo Park to Los Gatos, instead of finding another local dentist I have been traveling much farther to continue to see him. He is not only extremely knowledgable, but he is also an excellent technician in the precision and quality of dental procedures I have needed. And he and his staff are refreshingly courteous and interesting to chat with. If you choose him as your dentist you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ford since 2009 when I lived on the Peninsula and he was practicing in Menlo Park. Even after I moved to San Francisco I would still make the drive four times a year to have my teeth cleaned by his office. Now that he’s in Campbell—I still commute to see him! Thank goodness there’s a Dustin Ford, DDS! He is gentle as well as thorough. He is also personable when it is acceptable, and has a sense of humor - important when facing possible tooth distress! Most important, he is conservative with teeth/mouth care. He isn’t going to drill and fill every little shadow. He advises self treatment when that is as effective. Thumbs up for Dr. Ford.

Dr. Ford and staff have taken care of my husband and I for about 7 years now. As a dentist, he is very attentive to our questions (provides multiple alternatives) and has good technique (no pain) and thoroughness during the cleaning. The staff use text, email, and sometimes phone reminders/confirmation for appointments. Also, there have never been an issue with the billing.

I was impressed with Dr Ford and his Registered Dental Assistant. Dr Ford listened to my concerns. I liked the way he gave me the injection in my mouth for numbing. Dr Ford used a topical numbing agent first. He waited until the area in my mouth that was to receive the injection was numb. Only then did Dr Ford administer the numbing injection. I didn’t feel any pain at all. In the past from prior Dentist I have felt pain with the injection. Dr Ford had my welfare as his first priority. Dr Ford was friendly and put me at total ease. I was greatly impressed with Dr Ford’s Registered Dental Assistant. She was totally professional. Also I want to say a word about Dr Fords receptionist- Sharon. She made me feel at ease even before my visit. She was friendly and understanding. I had to see Dr Ford as I broke a tooth. Sharon worked hard to get me in as early as possible. Dr Ford saved the tooth. He will put on a crown. I also wanted to lightened the stain on my teeth. I was thrilled with Dr Fords knowledge on the subject. Again Dr Ford chose the best system for me and not that expensive either. Dr Ford is 100% ethical and I have trust in him. I trust him to put my welfare first as he has done.
Dr. Ford and the staff are super sweet and helpful. Visits always go as planned and on time. My boys have no complaints. A few visits ago my car battery died and Dr. Ford kindly helped us jumpstart the car.
I would like to recommend these great team . Abby, Shanon, and Mr. Ford. My son has always been scared to go the dentist. Until I took him to this office and "WOW" they made him fell at ease. I researched many dental practices in my area this year and decided to try Dr. Ford’s office as it scored the highest on meeting my criteria for choosing a dental practice. After my first visit, I knew my search was over! Dr. Ford is a very nice and grounded person and an amazing dentist. I’ve gone back twice since for front fillings and afterwards I could not see any fillings but rather teeth that looked completely natural and untouched. Color matched perfect! He’s also very talented with administrating shots as I barely felt them and I’ve had plenty before that were so painful I wanted to scream. His office manager, Sharon, is a delight and a very welcoming person who is super helpful and easy to reach. Abigail assists Dr. Ford and she’s very nice and really good at her job too. The office has great Covid practices too. I’m so blessed to have found them!

My Dentist of 40 years recently retired. I needed to find a new one and found Dr. Ford by luck! I say lucky as I find that the vast majority of Silicon Valley medical professionals speak English as a second or even third language. Not the case with Dr. Ford and his staff! I didn't have to ask any of them to repeat something several times over. They are all excellent communicators, very professional but not to the point of being impersonal. The office is ultra modern, spotlessly clean and just the right size so I didn't feel crowded or adrift in a Costco atmosphere. I really enjoyed my visit...It's a rarity to find any medical professionals that make you feel more welcome. We have new insurance so we chose Dr. Ford. My granddaughter had a tooth ache. She lost a filling which we didn’t realize. They got her in within hours and fixed her right up! Dr. Ford and the entire office staff are terrific.

Had a cracked tooth that was starting to cause a lot of pain when chewing. Managed to get in same-day thanks to a last minute cancellation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Being the age of Covid I was expecting some heightened cleaning protocols for the office, but they really seem to have gone above and beyond. Everything from pens used to fill out paperwork to my insurance card was wiped down with a disinfectant after use and the receptionist was sure to point that out in case I had any concerns. Dr. Ford and the hygienist both looked like they were ready for surgery, and it was clear that the exam chair had been wiped down shortly before I was taken back, so there's no real doubt that they're taking Covid concerns seriously and doing their utmost to protect themselves and patients. Dr. Ford was able to take care of the immediate problem same-visit and walked me through a proposed plan to deal with a couple of other issues that showed up on the x-ray. Can't really think of anything to complain about.
I am one picky one when it comes to dentists, I have a hard time with most of them. But this one I will say is my first where I’ve actually felt comfortable in all of my years of attending since a kid. Dr Ford is so laid back, educated, and will talk to you even when you are not able to. I would give 10 stars since I had a tooth extracted yesterday with zero pain and no need for any painkillers thank god aka dr Ford. Jk but no he’s great!!!

Dr. Ford is an honest dentist. He is conservative and recommending only what is needed, not trying create work for his profits. He is a great diagnostician to conclude a problem hence offer an exact solution. This is probably from his experiences combining with analyzing talents from his engineering background prior to enjoy in this profession of dentistry. I'm grateful with his resolution care on my teeth. I'm happy with his friendly staff in a nice office environment. If you are looking for an honest dentist with highly skills for a new one, or an replacement of crooked ones, or a second opinion on a problem, this is definitely a place to go.

I have been gong to this office since I was 17 and I am now 56. Dr Ford took over for Dr McLain some years back, they are two of the best. The great news is I don't spend much time with the Doctor as the staff is First Class. Peggy is the Best Hygienist. However, when I have had the need to slid in to the Doctors chair... I must say it is very comfortable when I am VERY uncomfortable. That is why I have been going to this practice for almost 40 years. You too will become a member of the family!

My parents have been coming here for 25 years and I've been coming for 7. There's a reason why we keep coming back despite it not even being in our local city. Dr. Ford and his entire team are friendly, punctual, and very easy to work with. Kristen is a phenomenal hygienist who leaves me feeling clean and refreshed without any pain. The location is very easy to get to and parking is simple. There's even downtown Menlo Park a block away if you want to stretch your legs after or grab some lunch.

Dr. Ford's office is always friendly and courteous. They are so good about reconfirming appointments beforehand, and are very responsive and helpful when they follow up. Their overall attention to detail has really helped me improve my dental health. I had let some care slide, and they were gentle and clear about what I needed to do. I had some extra gum treatment at one point which they recommended, and it really has made a difference in getting my gums healthy again. I give them high marks.
